Free stuff galore!

I'll keep this brief and cut to the chase: there is so much awesome free stuff out there! I am downloading gigabyte after gigabyte worth of free software, ebooks, articles, ect. that include the rights to redistribute or sell these products to anyone in any fashion I choose. Some ways you can make money with free articles and content you find:

1) Create a membership site that gives away the products (great for building your list when they sign up), charges a membership fee then allows all products to be downloaded after the fee is paid, sell individual items

Loan officer? Career?

Like Jim Carrey in Yes Man, I looked into loan officers as a career. If you have a Bachelor's degree in business, or even a minor and experience or knowledge of finance, it can be a profitable career. The best site I have seen is www.TrainingPro.com. I didn't spend a lot of time researching it, but $199.00 is not a huge investment. Salaries appear to range from $25,000 to as high as the low $80,000's. This career will likely be a tough field to break into during a recession, but when, or if (for my apocalyptic readers), the economy turns around these greasers of the economy will be in high demand, and companies will be searching for individuals with good analytical skills.
